Privacy policy

Boyd HOA Community Manager, managed by Boyd Property Management, collects the contact, property, account, public Estoppel or violation submission, request, case, and uploaded-file information needed to operate the HOA portal. Access is restricted according to each user’s assigned HOA and role.

We use this information to review access requests, manage community records, communicate about HOA activity, secure the service, and maintain an activity history. We do not sell personal information.

When a page or access-request email loads a Google Street View image, the property address is sent to Google Maps Platform to locate available imagery. Google may process technical request information under its own privacy policy. Uploaded HOA profile photos are used instead of Street View when available.

When authorized staff intentionally use the HOA lookup, the search phrase is sent to OpenStreetMap’s Nominatim service. Do not include personal or confidential information in a lookup.

Service providers may process information for hosting, email delivery, spam protection, file synchronization, and mapping. Records are retained as needed for HOA administration, security, legal obligations, and recovery.
